Beneficial Ownership Information

(BOI)

The issuance of the Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) was mandatory and needed to be issued within 90 days after opening your company. By an extrajudicial decision issued in December 2024, this requirement was suspended indefinitely.

The federal government has already filed an appeal and the requirement may come back into effect at any time, regardless of the request. FinCen and Tale Accounting advise that the submission be made.
